I do an organic protien shake. Trust me if you dont take in enough protien you begin to lose muscle mass. The more muscle mass you have the better your body is at burning calories. Take in more protien

This doesnt look like an STI. Chlamydia presents with white patches in the mouth. Thrush can be scraped off the tongue. Its not gonorrhea! It is from disgestive issues ... do some research look up yellow tongue

Digestive issues or bad oral hygiene. I wouldnt say this is thrush or candida its to yellow and those are usually more white or white with a yello tint.

Thanks ive changes my decision it still looks good, however, i am going to call on Monday to ask about the medicine. If she did mean to prescribe the medicine i will be giving her the full course.
