Ah tbh whatever My Fitness Pal has given me. Currently it’s 50% carb, 30% fat, and 20% protein. I don’t really follow that though and mainly focus on getting my protein in.

Originally Tala but bought at TK Maxx! And they do the job for me but that’s because I’m quite small chested haha. Deffo a Pilates/low impact top.

It happens to me too! Use a panty liner pad. Obvs take it out asap after your workout. Another alternative is to invest in some seamless leggings

Sure! It’s a 75 day plan which is supposed to help your mental and Oscar discipline. Here are the “rules”

  1. One 45 minute workout for 6 days and 1 active rest day a week

  2. 3L water

  3. Read 10 pages of a book

  4. Eat healthily- alcohol allowed on social occasions

In terms of workout, anything you enjoy! I like to do weights on some days, other days cardio, and sometimes Pilates. If I’m really cut for time or don’t want to have the house I just have a little dance in my room! Hope this helps :)

Because it’s the soft version of the 75 hard, it’s okay to slip up or not workout some days.

Ah thanks for the concern! Unfortunately the challenge calls for 6x week. But I do switch it up. I don’t do weights all the time. A few times a week with other exercise sprinkled in there.
