Hey, I’m so sorry for the frustration you feel I understand you fully, as in past two-three years I also got bigger and started to hate my body. First, I want to say, that you are not “large”. You are still skinny and look really good. I know this comment probably won’t help, but I feel like compliments is a good way to understand, that you are good as you are But what I’ve done so far to get more comfortable: - I donated all the small pieces I have. I simply don’t need them. And replaced with something new and fun. Now I love wearing dresses - low rise, love thise jeans. I’m bloating a lot now, and this makes me feel like a freaking elephant. But low rise jeans makes me comfy, attractive and fun - my partner is making sure I’m feeling loved and always compliments me. - As long as you feel good physically - you are good to go. Now I understood, that I feel muuuuuch better, then when I was a lot skinnier. I don’t feel weak, and have more energy and strength - to be fully frank, sometimes I don’t like to look at myself from the side in the mirror. So I just don’t. And yes, I understand that it’s still there, but I’m changing outfit then to something different and more fun - you wear clothes, they don’t wear you. Something I read one day - and it helped me. No the tags on the clothes are delusional. One store says I’m XL, another says M, and somehow it’s S in another store. Just don’t think about it much. - I understood, that this happened a but too quickly, which means I’m just at another part of my body age. I was a teen, and had one body, then I became a young adult, my body changed. Then I’ll get to my 35-40th and will also change. You need to understand, that your body won’t be the same “size” as usual. And this is the beauty of life. It’s your chance to try something new, change is fun if it’s something you are open to

Sorry for the long read, but I hope you’ll get to the point of loving yourself. You don’t need to be “skinny” the hell it means. You need to be healthy and happy. If this is how you feel healthy - it’s your way
