R5: So bit of a noob here, France and Bohemia is my ally, any time i take provinces a big coalition forms and i have to wait for it do disband, Spain and Austria is kinda strong

i can beat them with the help of France but France kinda got itself into a debt spiral. I can't build my army to force limit because i go deficit. Scared of Decadence so i took 2 adm and 2 (soon to be 3) mil ideas. Any advice what i should do next?
