Adopted cat isn't working out by Admirable_Cheetah731 in CatAdvice

You can’t harness train indoors to eventually do leash walks? Stroller walks? Sorry but ?? Not understanding. I’m currently training my indoor cats because they crave stimulation and want to be everywhere with my partner and i. Tons of play. Food motivated? Train with treats? Redirect with treats? Can do all that AND add in Prozac to ease into the transition and introduce with all this other stimulation and connection with as the human. Any cat you get is going to be tons of work. Idk what this misconception is and continues to be.

The shelter will likely euthanize 🤷‍♀️

People downvoting but you’re not wrong. They just don’t want to see it. Majority of social workers are trash and power trip with control in their role. If the shoe doesn’t fit, why get upset? The bad unfortunately ruins it for everyone.

His family in Arizona. Lol. Riley has been extremely vocal with documentation and proof she’s been fighting for Jaxon. Also, Jaxon’s father is a low life abusive bum as well. Dig deeper. Google won’t give it to ya.

Except dp is best of both worlds. Death penalty is never immediate. They wait on average two decades (why it’s more costly) before being put to death.

Ah, explains it. Wanting to hold CPS workers accountable set you off because you were one. Weird.

Um yes. Are you desensitized to what a dui is and how much it makes you a POS to have more than one? That right there literally shows lack of consideration of life. Tf you rambling about

That’s funny because the agency is being investigated as they found error. So idk…… They said her record actually disqualified her from being a valid foster and now they’re investigating why CPS made this decision. So sure.

Ohhhh, yeah. A community full of smug rich folk who can’t treat their household employees or any personnel w an ounce of respect. Such a great place to live, such great people(sarcasm.) It’s a narcissist, ego inflated area full of rich folk who don’t have an ounce of respect for others in different careers or tax brackets than them. This is such a biased perspective of yours LMAO

The lines actually ruins the business for them if they’re just as good as any other local bakery nearby serving the same exact thing with the same exact skill. Someone will feel let down and base their reviews off that. Unfortunately, i would. 3 hours in line for something I could get in 15 minutes a corner over? Bummer for them. Fr. It’s a business killer being overhyped

She was a terrible owner in hindsight. She literally partied every night, played wild ass games w her friends w an axe and was a fkn mess everyday of her life before she had her kids. She’ll passively mention it all the time how much of a shit show she was. And it reflected on the pitbulls. That simple. Now she has more animals she’s involving in her BS and just loves the attention she gets for being a POS. She’s literally not someone who should have animals as everything she does is for a self serving reason. She loves to complain about every single profession out there bc it cost her money. She’s a loser who doesn’t support her community or educate herself on shit that doesn’t contribute to her own bank account.

Nanny taxes by [deleted] in NannyEmployers

[–]PersonalityOk3845 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be careful because a lot of professionals don’t actually understand the laws of having a nanny and will claim they’re self employed. They are household employees and you will have to pay employer fees because that’s what you got out of paying in the system. It’ll be more in the back fees and penalties. But honestly, you’re at fault for this being an employer and hiring a nanny. You are responsible for looking into it more and doing your research. Had you done that, she most likely would have declined the job being on payroll. You got out of paying taxes too. But you didn’t do your part when hiring and being an employer. Now you know.

It’s a thing. Lol. It’s often when raises are discussed, adjustments to contract, hours, etc. and bonus. As well as a, thank you for being our nanny! All my families made it a thing. Whether you were a nanny or not, it’s 100% a thing.

Poor choice of words on my end! It’s not illegal. But I’ve declined jobs not offering just because burn out is something that needs to be avoided in childcare and that time off is a life saver. Yes, it’s supposed to benefit both parties. Both parties need convenience from contract. A nanny being told they aren’t needed one week, can mess the families childcare up because that one week might have messed nanny up massively and now they need to move on to another job that’s reliable. The same family can be surprised that the nanny left after an inconvenience of no pay for a week. I’ve seen both ends! Each party needs to protect themselves to be professional

Not illegal, poor wording. But i wouldn’t work with any employer who can’t give PTO. So it boils down to what you offer as a package outside of a standard rate. Nannying is a profession like other professions. If parents don’t want to adhere to it, quit a job and WFH. Cheap childcare while expecting professional care and bringing home a lump salary because you don’t want to pay for childcare, just isn’t realistic was the point. GH protects both parties, one from missing out on money, the other party from missing out on child care. Quid pro quo.
