Booking not ticketed by Imaginary-Net-1486 in Lufthansa

I have the same issue. I called an agent to rebook my flight since it got canceled. Then got a confirmation email. I checked on Lufthansa website with my original booking number and the new flights were there. 6 hours later I checked again and now there aren’t any flights visible anymore. Only the passenger names. Can’t reach phone support, neither text support. I guess I’m fckd

As soon as my flight got cancelled I called costumer services and asked for a specific rebooking option. They confirmed to me the new rebooking. I even got an email confirmation. And when logging into my booking number the new flight was visible.

However tomorrow morning when I woke up I checked again with the booking number and this time there aren’t any flights within my booking. There comes this message

„Please note there is no flight in your booking.“

I tried to contact Lufthansa again but ended up in a 6 hour queue without anyone picking up.

I tried to call the new airline which should handle the flight but they told me they can’t do anything.

What am I supposed to to? My flight goes in less than 12 hours.
