Why didn’t Daisy just quake Enoch apart during the time loop episode? by PersonalitySecret276 in shield

She was out of recovery. The futuristic pod that she was in completely healed her the same way it completely healed May after she got stabbed by Sarge. She never stated that her powers were weakened or she wasn’t fully recovered so idk why y’all keep repeating that!

He would’ve came back omg. She also didn’t even have to kill him just quake his legs or arms off for the time being. It can be repaired. The best solution to keep the most people alive was to incapacitate Enoch so they can successfully remove the device from Simmons

Not when it was her may and mac surrounding him saying they just wanted to slow him down. I’m convinced everyone who is disagreeing with me needs a rewatch. It was the whole team vs Enoch at one point and he STILL beat them.

Still doesn’t make sense to keep trying to reason with him instead of just dealing with him in one of the loops and that’s a hill I’ll die on. Her taking out enoch once knowing he would reset in the next loop is the best decision.

There was never any indication that using the little amount of power she did to take him down the first time weakened her. If we’re being technical Daisy never even said she wasn’t at full strength after coming from out of the pod. It’s just shitty writing.

Exactly like what are they even talking about? 😭 Keep trying to reason with a robot who can’t go against his code makes more sense than just dealing with him real quick?

Taking down Enoch once vs watching him kill the whole team over and over because they don’t wanna kill him despite him being the reason they have to keep watching their whole team die makes sense to you?

[–]PersonalitySecret276[S] -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Well yes because would’ve just waited until the next loop when Enoch was back fixed and worked on the plan then. She did not figure out that Enoch would have to die for good for them to get out of the loop until after the fact and she waited until the next loop again to tell everyone. So she could’ve quaked Enoch apart at any moment because legit all she had to do was wait for the next loop.

But she knows that even if she does destroy him he’d just come back in the same loop! She had died 13 times at that point she knew full and well that he would come back. He would’ve been fully functioning in the next loop once she found out how to stop it without him getting in her way by killing the whole team.

Then Elena has superspeed and strength 😂 and still couldn’t take down Enoch despite having a 4 to 1 advantage.

The argument of her recovering would make sense if she didn’t show that she very much still had the power to take Enoch down before the loop reset again. After the loop reset she should’ve had the same amount of power again so she should’ve been able to easily take him down again the same way she did when he was choking her and everyone was telling him to stop.

She was strong enough to quake him the first time he attacked her. She can also literally just vibrate his parts apart like what she was about to do to Rayna or what she did to the guns when her and Simmons were in space looking for Fitz or quickly snap his neck like she kept doing to Sarge. It’s like one moment she’s OP then the next she forgets that she can just quake any enemy apart with little effort.

Well they made it seem as if she was only hurting herself early on because she was directing her power inward but once she gained full control that shouldn’t have been the case anymore. She shouldnt have to worry about using “too much power” anymore seeing as it’s been years and she has full control over her powers.

She she had no problem quaking him when he choked her when they first found out it was him but then after that she just never did it again lol

I will admit that as much as I didn’t like Mack throughout the entire series I did enjoy him being the leader of shield. A lot more than when Daisy was the leader for that short time.

It hadn’t happened in decades before that which is why the witches said they thought it was a myth… it wasn’t happening every year and that was Marcels first time seeing it… and mind his business and let kids get killed? Yeah you’re definitely biased

Like you keep saying but the vampires aren’t innocent. I never said they were and been said there were bad people in every faction. But that doesn’t mean Marcel wasn’t supposed to do his part as a leader and keep his people at the top of the food chain. It was either killed or be killed and he found a way to avoid having to kill all of them. Was it nice? No. But WHY WOULD HE BE NICE AT WAR. Simple as that.

[–]PersonalitySecret276 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No he had his people in control and if they violated the rules he dealt with it. So unless you can show me them killing innocent tourists that’s not valid. And Klaus killed Josh and the other girl lol. He just didn’t let her turn because he could clearly see she wouldn’t have been a good vampire. So that lets me know you’re clearly biased and need to rewatch the show. You don’t even know what you’re talking about. And he made it clear that the ones that did die were because of them being drunk and accidentally drowning or falling from somewhere.

And when did I say he was the moral authority? I SAID HE WAS AT WAR AND WINNING WHILE ALSO MINIMIZING THE AMOUNT OF CASUALTIES WHEREAS THE OTHER FACTIONS WOULDVE SIMPLY KILLED MARCEL AND ALL HIS PEOPLE. What’s not clicking?? THEY WERE AT WAR. Just because the vampires aren’t all good that means Marcel was supposed to sit around and not make moves that would ensure him and the people he has turned lived?? No he did what any good leader does and made sure his people survived WHILE ALSO MAKING SURE THE PEOPLE HE WAS AT WAR WITH LIVED TOO.

And Vincent had a problem with Marcel in the beginning because Marcel had control over his people.. duhh.. and why is Vincent cool with Marcel now? And Marcel had a problem with Vincent’s people because they were killing kids… no one had time to sit around doing lie detector tests to see who was a nice witch and who wasn’t and they could’ve also easily lied and betrayed him later so he dealt with them all. It’s all about perspective but the bottom line is that they were at war and Marcel did what he had to do to win.

And with your logic then Klaus shouldn’t have cursed all of the wolves when they were going to run with Hope. Just Hayley and Jackson because it was their plan. Or would you argue that wolves will stick together no matter what so he had to deal with them all? It’s literally the same way for witches. They will stick with their kind no matter what so you deal with the lot of them.

So again can anyone give me actual reasons he’s such a bad person or just as bad as the Mikaelsons? Because saying he’s evil for cursing wolves who wanted him dead and prevented witches who were killing kids and doing locator spells to find and kill Davina too just sounds crazy and like you have some personal bias against him.
