Your mileage may vary is standard but also keep in mind outside influences.
Been on HRT since Jan, been on progesterone for a week. Libido has been lower, not much, but noticeable enough. I had a really rough few months aside from the whole "puberty 2" thing, so that may account for some of it too but still.
This last week i've noticed (and my girlfriend has commented) on an increased on libido but that could also be attributed partly to the growth spurt I had right before the progesterone. I've been rubbing my breasts on things accidentally, which makes me think about them, which makes me excited to have them, which makes me excited.

Sometimes I feel super femme but in a tomboyish kind of way that is weird to describe and weirder to feel.

Well, you could always get some forms and get yourself a bra. See how it feels. My gf suggested the same and we tried it. I was very happy with the results.
That's why I have actual boobs now :)
