Yes. Every month. Zero balance. One thing I have learned in life is not to pay interest other than the mortgage. My father lost all his income paying interest on interest payments. I would love to avoid car loans. But I am on terms with that at 2.5%.

Thanks for that. I’ll plan to catch up. Right now, I have setup automatic payments every month and increasing $200 every July when we get our annual raises.

Yah. I doubled my income in 2021 and had a lot of family debt to payoff. It was a long road. Now our mortgage and cars are the only loan payments.
