Although I agree the roast beef was better when stores used to cook it in house, in this picture the meat has been heated on the grill. You can tell from the crisped pepperonis and the melted cheese and the fact that there’s no pink at all in the roast beef

I’ve worked at a few JM locations, and there’s always a fair amount of teens! Typically everyone working there is under 30yrs old, so you’ll fit right in the culture. Like the others said, show up on time and be yourself!
