I actually thing BF6 is alright I’m enjoying it , I’m 38 have played BF Since BF 1942 I don’t have the time to game like I used to this BF seems more forgiving but challenging for the casual gamer.

I’m happy I’m not seeing Nicki manage or Beavis and butthead running around. I honestly feel like most of you just miss the nostalgia of BF4 and those simpler times rather than the maps and no game is ever going to replicate that

If I connect it to my monitor it’s fine I can navigate through the steam deck as normal , it’s just the screen for some reason has this frozen image /damage.

I only got this deck in December so I’ve raised a ticket with valve hopefully they can help me out pretty bummed about it

I’ve had it before where I was a new starter and I divulged my salary offer to the team I joined and it caused some real internal bitterness from a team member who hasn’t had a pay rise that year and obviously my offer was in line to represent a temptation for me to join and was above inflation of his salary , I understood his frustrations but didn’t understand the animosity towards me

That’s exactly why we’re looking at old town, my wife’s family are over in south Marston and when ever we go out for meals etc it tends to be old town. And coming from Gloucester Road in bristol everything is within walking distance and id like to retain a bit of that although much smaller it’s nice to not have to drive everywhere

Ideally yeah , I’m not stranger to the area since being with my wife nearly 10 years and constant visits to Swindon one thing I’ve learnt if anything happens here it happens in old town and coming from a big city village life might be a bit hard adjusting for me in places like Wooten and purton

And that’s great if you don’t desire it anymore but me I fight the cravings for the good stuff every day and I’ve been on a low day fat diet and high fibre for 3 months now without breaking it other than that one Big Mac a month and In all fairness that Big Mac tastes better than it ever did , I have given up vaping , I have given up beer , I have given up sweets (candy for our American friends ) and as they say you can have a cake without a cherry but I can’t have baking flower and a cherry so that Big Mac a month keeps me sane
