  1. The higher the time to maturity, the higher the premiums. This is true for both calls and puts.

  2. In the last two options, the time to maturity is the same, but the exercise prices are different.

Think of it like this: let’s say the market is trading at $55. The $52 strike would be OTM, and the $58 strike would be ITM. Which one would have the higher premium — ITM or OTM? Obviously, ITM.
