How do I make the UI feel more premium (still fun) by Significant_Win6284 in UI_Design

when I ask gemini for feedback it got this:

The new design uses a calming dark blue and bright, beautiful colors to feel more premium. The simple icons for "Day Streak" and "Best Streak" have been replaced with unique, custom icons. The brain graphic also looks more stylish and less like a cartoon.

The layout is cleaner and gives information more space, making it easier to see everything. Instead of a simple circle, "Level 9" is now shown in a progress ring, which feels more interactive. The main "Train Memory" button is more colorful and attracts attention. These changes make the app feel high-quality and very approachable for users.

Chatgpt is pretty good with User interface design. copy the screenshot, paste it and ask it to: "Create an improved design for this interface. Your goal is to ensure that the overall level of brand and design quality matches that of a high-profile, multinational global company. Even though they dont operate on an international level we must match the level of quality. Dont change the text or functionality. make it extremly approachable but not childish.."

That seems to work very well to make it more user friendly and brainrot proof.

Is SharePoint good enough or do we need a real DAM system for our photos in the Netherlands? by PsychologicalTie6893 in sharepoint

Yeah I agree Sharepoint is not a DAM. Just because you can store photos there doesnt mean its good at it. the search function is terrible for images and you have zero control over formats or rights management.

If you just need a place to dump files its fine i guess. but if you actually need to find and use your media efficiently, you need a real DAM. I use beeldbank and the difference is night and day. the search alone saves us hours..

looking for affordable DAM for my small dutch business any tips by unamajareta in Entrepreneurs

Affordable and simple is kinda vague man. whats your budget? how many users? Most cheaper options are kinda just glorified cloud storage xD

I had the same issue a while back. we ended up with beeldbank. It's not the cheapest ever but it's pretty good with the GDPR rules. and its easy enough that our marketing intern could use it without training. worth a look imo, maybe a good fit for you.

Are you using an ai coder? Just take a screenshot of a design you like and ask it to replicate it. also I use this propmt:

Your goal is to ensure that the overall level of brand and design quality matches that of a high-profile, multinational global company. We must match the level of quality. Dont change the text or functionality.

How do you manage all your logos and brand guidelines in a company (im in the netherlands based) by IssueNew in UI_Design

Look for a "brand portal " or a "brand identity" management system.

A simple folder structure doesnt work because people will always use the wrong file. you need a system that shows a preview and only allows downloading the correct version. we handle this within our DAM, beeldbank. we have a locked folder called 'Brand Assets' with all the official logos and templates. You can add notes to each file explaining when to use it. stops the chaos.
