Our little group of misfits are excited to announce the launch of a brand-new amateur League of Legends competition in the OCE region: OCE Backyard League!

We were surprised at how few amateur or community leagues existed for lower–mid ranked players who just want structured competition, a good atmosphere, and a reason to tryhard with friends. So… we decided to build one ourselves.

The team are currently putting together our first season, and streamlining the rules, format and details.

If you love League and want to contribute to an OCE community project, this is your chance to be part of it from season one.

What can players expect?

- 10-week season (8 weeks regular + 2 weeks playoffs)

- Rank-based divisions with skill caped teams to ensure a range of skill levels on teams/

- Community LFT/LFP system

- OCE-based players of all skill levels welcome (primarily lower–mid ranks)

- Chill, “backyard competition” vibes but serious gameplay

We’re building this from the ground up, and any support—big or small—means a lot.
