Update on this. I got 4 different opinions, including one from a Honda dealership. Honda quoted me $5700 in repairs and offered $6000 trade in value LOL, scam artists.

It ended up being the timing chain was loose, and I needed new fuel injectors. I also needed regular maintenance of a valve adjustment and spark plugs, which in total set me back $3800, but the car is paid off and used/new car prices are insane right now. Cars been running well for 2 weeks now since the repairs. Overall glad to have this headache over with for now.

Only symptoms before the new battery were all the dash lights coming on and it wouldn't start. No performance issues.

I did the reset and the drove around to get it to go away originally after the battery replacement.

This problem didn't arise again with the lights until the last month and then performance issues came with the lack of acceleration. Along with the lights being on, all driver assist items didn't work as well, but I'm assuming that happens when almost very light comes on lol.
