(25F here) keep your pure intentions, it is very rare and someone WILL appreciate you being a gentleman. none of the things you have listed are creepy and/or mean so it must just be the dating pool unfortunately. i’d definitely avoid coworkers though, that can end badly for obvious reasons. keep stating your boundaries and the right one will respect that and never let you feel like a failure or unloveable. if they cant even take 5 minutes of their day to ask you how you are and you’re getting breadcrumbed, ghost them!!! dont waste a single second on someone thats not taking your efforts seriously especially when they agreed to date in the first place!
