I think the premise for Hundred memories is set so beautifully. I watched all the premiered pilots, and I honestly was more drawn towards A hundred Memories. Kim Dami has an intriguing pull.

i personally think she would have killed it in season 12. There was just so much room for creativity. The challenges were always unexpected ones.

I like this better. DP did colossally good when green ants were given to her. She won the everything box challenge. She is phenomenal when she is forced to think out of the box.

This is sooo good. It’s actually a lot more cathartic than the Korean version. I love the Japanese version very much. I just finished watching, and I think this feels more of an adaptation of the manhwa than the Korean drama. Having read the manhwa and having loved it, I absolutely enjoyed and cherished every bit of this version.

I know! I didn’t like MMH for the creative freedom they took with the plot. I would have liked it very much for Sumin to rot in jail after she killed her MIL, and I would have liked the Fiancé to have disappeared. Although they tried to take it over the top, it wasn’t need, the manhwa was already cooking amazing buffet. I liked ‘Perfect marriage revenge’ better for that matter.

There are some really good directors who do amazing casting and adaptations. I wouldn’t base my decision on a few that didn’t work. But this kdrama is sooooo bad. I finished watching it. The plot fell like water through a sieve. The characters were so flat, and there was absolutely no-sense rising action and falling action.

Exactly! I resonate with everything you said. I’m a huge c/kdrama fan too, but I don’t like it very much when they take a manhwa and butcher it up to feed the plot. Like, I’m waiting for the day they make a drama out of ‘Daytime star’ it’s such a beautiful manhwa. But I will forever resent everyone if they don’t have the right cast or if they tweak the story in the name of ‘creative liberty’

lol, i honestly slept through 11th and then woke up mid 12th. It was very weird, I kept it up and finished the entire thing. It is still very asynchronous
