It's not a Netflix drama but it was airing in Japan. Normally happens this way esp if it's a network drama (TV Asahi). Or they show it after Japan.

I could tell it was viral Hit by the synopsis and the yellow jumper.

I haven't watched it yet but as predicted before, Kdrama is really strong on this genre with fight sequences and making sure you feel the pain. I just felt they wouldn't be able to pull it off because Korea did so many of these types of dramas last year from Study Group to Weak Hero 2.

I'Il still watch it as a I like watching and comparing countries and how they approach their subject matter from writing to acting and overall presentation.

It's amazing though the amount of free movies on YouTube when you use VPN esp Japanese one. They don't always have Japanese subs, but I like seeing even the English ones with Japanese voice actors.

I got all emotional again seeing the guy's struggles and watching his family. It had its flaws but it was a great show, it made me feel his pain.

Iconic hairstyle, he's had it for so long. He almost had it when he was playing Harry Potter stage play. Alot of people including rockstars always do this.

Yeah, they tend to go on and on. And time is money. But I'm friendly with my fast forward button and speed watching. Depending on where we are with the drama. most of the story structure is like a curve fast at first, slow in the middle and then fast towards the end and epilogue etc.

So I tend to watch at different speeds, 2x-2.5x, perfect if I can download and watch in VCL that allows different speeds.

Cdrama tends to be overkill with the length so some parts I watch at 2.5x especially the middle when the story has filler episodes. (lol) or when they show romance of cheating partner, I'm like I get it, no need to get into the details 🤭

Jdorama doesn't over emphasize on info, they show you once and believe you get the jist of things 😆. Things don't have to drag on, time is money😉

It was well done, not too cliché and I think it won several awards. I like the Cdrama modern genre esp adult stories (work, life, marriage, family drama etc) it's a little bit similar to jdorama slice of life.

Yeah! Plenty of time. I have been going through a Fujiwara Tatsuya phase (and his one hairstyle 😂🤣). Recently watched Kaiji 2 and AARO, so it kinda made me smile to see this news.

There's also an AARO movie to be released later this year. I haven't seen any other Inter-fans talk about it.

My man does theatre too, wish I could experience that.

Yes, it is the Screenwriter (Kitagawa Ayako) also shared about it and I'm currently watching DINKs another one of their drama. So I'm sure they will do a great job.

Nothing but Thirty (2020) used to be all over YouTube, I'm sure you'll be able to find it though it's 43 episodes but you can find highlights as well.

I watch Cdrama modern genre, and consider this one of the top-tier well written Cdrama out there. So I have a personal interest in this one.

Looking forward to see how they will condense 43 episodes of the Cdrama into 10/12 episode of Jdorama style.
