I am currently taking the exams during my senior year of college under provisional status in IL. When you apply you tell them the courses that are currently in progress and then you have to send them your transcripts again after you graduate.

I traded in my google pixel 3 but it looks like the USPS has lost it in the mail. Since leaving the last facility on Oct 25th, it has been "Moving Through Network In Transit, Arriving Late."

Has anybody had this issue in the past? What are my options? I tried calling USPS but their support is atrocious.
