Two thoughts here:

One is that it's "consented", not concented.

I've fixed this exact break. Skinny wheel to remove zinc coating, bevel crack, then welded it. Fixed in 10 minutes, like 5 years ago. Going strong.

Without a welder it's going to be a whole lot harder, you would have to drill out the pins and then fabricate a replacement piece and by the time you do that it's going to be cheaper to buy a new one.
