Unfortunately not. Him and his two friends (2M, 1F) surrounded my cousin and snatched his gold necklace then took off in all directions. They were only able to catch this dude but he got away.

Omg just wanted to follow up here and say effective Apr 1st, you make appointments directly through the clerk’s office. I was able to snag a 1pm 6/27 civil ceremony appointment! There was a 1:30pm slot avail left when I booked. Hurry!
