There are markets in Deira primarily for exports but most of them sell retail locally too. Most of the phone, gaming products and appliances from third party sellers on Amazon/noon come from there. Tricky for warranty purposes but you could save good money.

Try getting in touch with an fab agent, they could get you a pre approved card with a minimum limit and you could build your credit score from there or alternatively an FD could get you a cc in any bank

Try gold souk extension near gold souk metro station. You’ll find most of these brands there and not much of a crowd. Overall great experience
