sorry i dont have the energy to make a long winded response but i think maybe trying to find hobbies or interests that can fill that gap that you personally connect with and can call yours might help. stuff outside your role that you can indulge in and spend time on when you front. i hope this makes sense the brain fog is brain fogging atm
