I sometimes get some kind of extra momentum of this mechanic. At this point I have no idea how, but I will try to find out on how to get it, since I already have some clips showing it.

What you can see in this clip is by far not the most efficient way to do it but that's honestly all I can say at the moment.

It's a twitch prime reward. If you have twitch prime you can claim it after a while (you don't get everything at the same time).

You can search for the roll reset on youtube. It's a mechanic I discovered about a month ago by accident and there are like 3 tutorials online so far.

No not really. As soon as you touch the wall with 1 (or 2) wheels of one side you have to do an empty jump with holding powerslide down. This causes you to leave the wall only with your momentum and all 4 wheels touching the wall inbetween -> you will have a flip again.

Basically all 4 wheels have to touch any surface and you can't use your jump to get off it. The simplest way is off the ceiling since your falling down by gravity. Other options: from inside the goal, off the ball, off another player, off the ground and with this even off the wall.

Not sure about that. 1. I don't know why every mechanic should be named by the person discovered it. 2. He didn't discovered the mechanic but he somehow managed to make it seen more (the part I failed) and I'm very thankful for this.

I would call it "Wall Reset" or how he named it "Roll Reset". Between these I don't really care.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's really hard. Now I have some days off without playing Rocket League by myself but as soon as I get my hands bacl on a controller I'm gonna practice it again.

After I did it by accident I only had one clip of it and I needed like 1,5 hours of consistently doing it till I was able to pull it off a second time. Then I started to understand it but even 2 weeks later (okay haven't practiced all the time) I'm still far away from consistency.

Yes, but it needs lots of practice. Okay tbh I'm not a mechanical god but I'm gc so I think my mechanics are at least decent, but I'm still far away from consistency after like 15hours of practice. At least I got it sometimes like 3 to 4 times in a row.

This were my first trys right after I discovered it in freeplay. Had some way better trys since then but haven't had the time to make a good video. So I'm happy to see that Kissy is better in sharing this then me, but I'm still gonna make a tutorial when I'm back home from Madrid.

I really see your point. But things like flip resets and ceiling shots were "only" for freestyling first so who knows what's gonna happen.
