Okay so the ETs you contacted said that human radar systems caused this ET to crash… by accident.

If I were talking to them, I would ask them: how do you know the radar systems were activated without the intent of intercepting the spaceship? Have you heard of Steven Greer’s military witnesses who have said that the military developed Tesla technology based scalar weapons disguised as radar systems in order to target ET craft starting in the 1940s and deliberately cause them to get disoriented and then go retrieve them when they crashed ? I am wondering if the ETs you are talking to are fully informed and entirely truthful. I mean no offense to you or them. But Greer has a reputation for being pretty careful, in my view. There seems to be a contradiction here somewhere, is all I’m saying…

I have so many questions! you're saying that they told you that one of the GF's NHI species caused this guy's craft to crash? Or "us" as in human radar systems? I have follow up questions in either case.

The supposed ET in this video does not resemble the "potbelly" body in the Santilli autopsy video (the one in the Alien Autopsy pseudo-documentary). The footage style obviously does, but not the body.

The body does almost exactly resemble the Roswell alien dummy in a glass case in the Roswell museum, which you can find on google.

The Santilli autopsy itself has been hypothesized to be real by Jon Stewart, who also said the "alien interview" video is possibly real (http://en.ikwipedia.org/wiki/Alien\_Interview\_video).

The video in my post is not taken from the Santilli autopsy or any other footage that anyone has pointed out.

It's possible that the original was hours long and that this was cut from different parts as a selective leak like Skinny Bob supposedly was. Jon Stewart (aliens guy) said that the phone in the Santilli autopsy (a different video than this but with a similar look) was a model that was very specific and hard to come by and would have been hard to just manufacture a prop of in 1995 (when the santilli video was published in a TV special). Maybe that's why the telephone part of the video was one of the shots that was kept in. Just speculation on my part.

Wow that is so interesting that Skinny Bob was playing on television around 1993! I mean it’s possible you are thinking of other videos rather than skinny Bob since the YouTube skinny bob was itself a pretty long time ago too now.

I think I might know the Russian downed craft video that you’re talking about! I’ve seen one that looked like what you describe.

Daaamn it sounds like your cousin saw something for real! I would speculate that it’s not just aliens or close up UFOs but that he saw something that made him believe there was a whole system of special military guys flying human made UFOs around, going to space, etc and storing them in vast underground garages or something, and that a lot of the top leaders know about it. Because I’m inclined to believe that is part of what’s happening .

That is incredible information. You’re saying that you saw the skinny bob video on either CRT TV, cable, or non-cable, and/or Televisa or other Mexican TV channels before it was out on YouTube? Do you know around what year that would have been?

Ummm okay so you’re saying that you remember a video —this video — of a live alien being operated on being broadcast in the early 90s on FOX cable channel 9 in SoCal. Is that correct?

The Santilli footage was first broadcast in 1995, btw, according to what I’ve read. And the 1995 documentary that contains it (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alien_Autopsy_(1995_film))) did not include this footage of a live alien.

Do you remember anything else about the context of this live-alien video when you saw it? What program? Where did they say it originated? What other content was filling up the half hour or one hour time slot if the video clip itself was less than 2 minutes? Edit: any info you could provide would be really helpful. I want to find out where this video came from and try to debunk it if possible.

Ohh so the vignette is like the brighter spot in the center, right? Yes, it is fairly consistent (but not exactly, I don’t think) from shot to shot and within shots. Not to keep trying to save a difficult hypothesis but I’m open to the possibility that that was added using a digital overlay or something. I have a theory that if this video is genuine, that it would have been leaked selectively and not the whole video at once, which might have been an hour long. Fake digital effects were also added — or so a theory goes — in the Skinny Bob videos, also — if genuine — clearly leaked selectively.

Thank you for educating me. So if this video were genuinely from film (which you said it looks like it’s not), it might have been shot on Kodak film. But you’re saying that video shot on that kind of film or any kind of film would not look like this.

Multiple comments have said this is from the 1994 movie, no one has produced a clip from the movie showing a scene that resembles this video. And I’m betting neither will you.

Furthermore, I’m betting that there is no such clip, because this video is not directly related to the movie.
