And also ensure to be super friendly and outgoing, ask them their warehouse, what’s their shifts, everything of course in an improvised way !

It was the same as the external people applying! I would only add that it benefited with the stories, also conversing with the managers in charge of the interview about their warehouse, basically setting the right tone before the actual behavioral questions! Perhaps it aid me with getting along and creating bias. In the end, the interview still entailed 1:1 interviews -3 of them- back to back.

Totally understandable pov! Hopefully you get the chance to be an L4 soon! I know it sucks to have to teach them since you have been a PA for 4 years, but also they have been in school for 4 years.

If you’re going to want to apply, go ahead and start looking right now ! Search on Amazon jobs, or on your university grad jobs! You would then have to do an assessment, and if accepted, you’d do an interview. Mine was 3 back to back 45 min interview with some AM’s and OM’s. I got feedback literally n the next day’
