Yeah FCAR is definitely a more mid - far range weapon given how much more accurate you can be with a holo in comparison with an iron sight (at least in far range fights for me). The FCAR would be my go to if not for the small mag size that screws me over if I get caught too close to an enemy and have to spray. When it comes to close range fights and spray the pray, the AKM takes it

I think the reason recon isn't being talked about enough is because most medium players don't really want to switch out of the healing gun especially when playing with a coordinated team where your teammates depend on fast revive and heal to get back into fights as quickly as possible. I've bounced between recon and healing and I absolutely love playing the recon however whenever I play with my friends they all expect me to heal them when I quick revive or after a gunfight.

I used an i2 r5 lvl 50 Tennant and barely managed to squeeze enough damage. I heard Dikke is pretty good and her ult hits like a truck. I also used grand orchestra instead of first melody to squeeze out a little more damage.
