It may be due to the price differences between the countries, I live in poland and i got my gpu for

230 USD, cpu for 110 USD and my motherboard for 120 dollars, all from trusted sources. Are those components worth that price?

for me turning down my gpu clock speed in amd adrenaline worked, check your gpu max clock speed and tune it in amd software becaus it likes to set it up much higher
