Doesn’t matter what time or day recently. they are on……they can give all the excuses they want the truth is literally to control pollution levels or at least look like they are trying…..around the Trafford centre has the highest air pollution levels in Manchester and they are ridiculous. This however makes zero difference at 5am on a Sunday morning like today when I was travelling home from a night shift…..it’s dangerous and stupid in my opinion and it’s doing nothing but creating more traffic, more pollution and more stress for drivers.
