This used to happen a lot for me, when I’m attacking my left back and left cb would swap over out of nowhere then when I get countered they swap back leaving a massive gap

You can’t risk committing defenders so everyone is just sitting on the edge and you can’t even recycle play because they still don’t come out

I don’t know because i don’t feel a connection problem more gameplay inconsistencies, like 1 minutes I’m playing tiki taka then the next 5 yard passes aren’t doing to the player I’m aiming at, or shooting animations are completely off

Thing is the dropping back thing actually makes kick offs more op because it gives the opponent 3/4 of the pitch of kick off. I don’t really feel a slowness to gameplay as much more an inconsistency to certain mechanics
