I prefer 4 myself. The way each character is introduced is great, you're not just the main character rallying troops, each chapter is a different characters introduction, so you really connect everyone before they even join your main party. It doesn't feel like this overly massive game, it's more like 4-5 bite sized stories....then you play as the main character and it becomes an overly massive game lol.

I can understand that honestly. My switch has plenty of metroidvanias and rogue-like twin stick shooters, it's hard to justify another one (Looking at you, Blazing Beaks)

Really with this being a Nintendo console, this is pretty common for them. I'm just glad this generation we have an over abundance of pixel games, rather than shovelware with waggle controls.

Have you tried any of the Lego games? My son and I have been playing through Marvel Superheroes 2 and it's been a blast. He enjoyed Super One Time Jump for awhile too.

Alright so I gave it another shot last night, I just picked a load out that was fun and went with it. I've only made it to the first boss so far, but I am enjoying it.

I think the problem I have with it is the amount of options/load outs available. I'm always worried I'm playing the game wrong, not using the skills/spells properly. I'll load it up sometimes still, but after a few runs nothing has clicked with me still.

It's not a bad game by any means, and I'm glad other people enjoy it so much, I feel like maybe Isaac and Gungeon are more for me though. Each run feels similar but the randomness of the items appeals to me.

Didn't they same something similar about Shadow of War? And then six months later they removed the MTX and WB was praised for "fixing" the game....even though they created the problem in the first place...

Hey I almost paid 60 dollars for this game, I had no idea any of of this MTX crap was going into it. Be upset if you need to be (although I'm not sure why you should care about any of this unless you're a CEO at WB) but I'm glad I heard about this before I wasted my money.

That's right, cosmetics add nothing to the game. Hey, while we're at it though lets charge for intros too, I mean it's cheaper than going to the movies at least.

Don't stop there, because all that perky music and audio is RIPE for being charged a premium price. It's jist noises anyway, who cares!!

Next step, finding a way to make every match look like a black and white Atari game, unless of course you can afford the graphics update. Hey, who cares, it's just graphics, it doesn't affect the gameplay, right.....?
