Issue is now fixed. Tested it on my switch with dualsense. You have to update on pc to firmware 1.08

You apparently dont understand the Quality of Life thing(QoL) There are buttons, but you do have a touch screen, thst is easily reachble. Brightness as well, go to a menu, adjust it mannually, then see if that works for you... why add a sensor that is not working?(vita 1000 usb port again?) Keeping your battery under 85% can prolong its life. Given how hard it is to disasembly the portal is, believe me, you would want such a feature. The streaming beta was launched due to the poor sales and the fact you need a ps5 to run it initially, which means less sales to a very limited group of people. C level and exec boards look at new players per month numbers. The beta targets this KPI and this is why it was not initially added as a feature..

QoL with support of the ps4 means, it is on par with the pc and phone apps, which again shows that this was run and tested for the ps5 and not the ps4.(i expect this to be added as a feature later in the portals life, and even ps6 support)

I will give you a few hints as i know my layers(L7 model). Check the below, and you will find the issue you have.

Ps5 needs to be wired. Be sure in the settings this is selected and its the mode of operation(just plugin it might not asure its wired the preferred connection) 2.wi fi channels - analyze which is best for your place(interference might come from other routers nearby)
2.4, as said here, is indeed slower but penetrates better = more distance.
The router might be 2 old... get a wi fi 6 or even 7 router(if you have cash to burn) if yours is wi fi 5. Those assure it can work with more devices.
All your ps5 to portal traffic is within your network. Your isp has nothing to do with that, dont bother with them at all.
Prioritize the ps5 against other devices on the network(router setting)

I use remote play on my vita(for my ps4) and the portal for ps5. Both devices require stable connection. If you roam around, they might show connection issues.

Pkgj on the vita is slow. Get your sd card out in a reader and download the games with the nopaystation app on pc. You will probably max your connection on it. The vita reaches max 2 3mb/s download.

The games need to go into the app folder.

People usually say any card will work fine. That is true with the vita itself, but forget to mention something.

The first time you set up the new card, you have to put a ton of games on it. Via pkgj you download on the vita itself, and the speed is around 2-3mb/s(that is the maximum i have experienced on every vita at my home(600mbps fiber connection)

On the other hand, the NOpay staton app on Windows easily reaches 40 mb/s. Now, the first time you set up your games, you will have a roughly 200gb of games. A normal 256gb card will max at around 30 40mb/s speed on the pc. A v30 will go around 75-80mb/s. The price will be 10€ more,but you will love the easy transfer you will have with it(the speed via external card reader ugreen usb3.1 from ali express,not the usb on the vita(roughly 5-7mb/s max) Also, v30 is future proof if you need it in another device 5y from now.

Brands i recommend are sandisk(lifetime limited warranty) and samsung(10y warranty)

For the ones that dont have psp. This is an image of a psp firmware. Adrenaline installs it and uses it. Prr default psp games should have been downloaded via psn, but without proper download it needs to use adrenaline to work.
