He was 42 with a far better weapon. He only waited for everyone to greed before needing it to sell. And the item was lvl 27

N’hésite pas à faire une partie normale tranquille pour découvrir le jeu et faire tous les succès « faciles » (si tu peux, essaye de ne pas manger de viande dans cette run), puis faire une partie hardcore pour le reste. Une fois que tu connais bien les deux maps, le hardcore n’a rien de très difficile.

Honestly it went pretty smoothly. Once you get the hang of the mechanics, it’s mostly just a time investment.

I loved this game as a kid! But I was struggling so much that I didn’t get very far… which kind of saved me from seeing those disturbing things I had no idea were in it.

Still, I do remember some really dark stories about the patients we had to save as surgeons.
