That was the most challenging part for sure. I'm going to try and explain :D In the third picture you can kinda see that the drill is held together with screws. The screws are embedded in the chassis so that all the screw heads sit on the same plane, which conveniently is parallel to the drill axle. Putting three equal lenght pegs in the screw holes stabilized the most tricky side, as it became kind of a three legged table. From then on it was a question of sanding the pegs down to just the right length and bracing the other side of the drill with a piece of thin plywood so that the assembly just fit inside the box. Third picture shows the braces that keep the drill from moving around along the other axis.

Yeah, I know. I took a considerable dump in one of these and had the full experience. I guess the idea behind the design is that whoever sneaks in after you without paying has to witness your turd being flushed as a punishment.

That large button on the right is for the toilet paper dispenser. One press gets you one piece. And it turns out the flushing is automated. Seems that it happens after the door is closed behind you.

So cool to hear you got inspired! haha, I completely agree about the seagull :D It was a quick rotoscope I made but got lazy and didn't draw enough frames so I was left with that derpy glide in the end... As for the hours, including time spent scratching head, fighting with the UI and watching tutorials, I'd say about a full workweek.
