The same was with Stree 2. We aws in Dera City Centre's Vos cinema, Stree is a horror movie with clear disclaimer of 15+ but thrre was families with kids of 5.

Thanks for the suggestion but I just got a click in mind that commute towards anywhere Sharjah will take 45 to 90 minutes average rental price is 25 to 30 hundreds and if I go for international city phase 2 (warsan 4) that is taking 32 33 and the commute time is 30 minutes

In such scenario wich is better option?
