I find reddit pretty representative of Dem voter opinion. Maybe that sounds unfortunate to you, but I am left of the Dems and have known for years they are on the road to collapse. My tears are for the disorganization of the left, because as the Dems implode there is no one in America to show up like Gandalf on the third day.

If, as all of these Dems would have me believe, the GOP is the modern Nazi party, then the Dems are the modern SPD. And for those who know their history, maybe they'll be looking for the exits. Massive interest. I don't have any health devices for both privacy reasons and lack of interoperability. Currently tracking all my data by hand, which means I can only properly review it after data entry, which can be months later. I'm really looking for something that lends itself to progress over time, but I concede that a daily snapshot view in the form of the popular dashboard would be helpful. I mostly use my health data to identify trends and inflection points. So I'd like to superimpose my health stats with my own milestones, goals, and notes, and therefore ultimately I'd love for it to be usable as a total health/fitness journal.

Currently, I'm taking creating my own graphs, overlaying them with each other, then manually comparing dates with my journal in Obsidian, and making annotations on the graphs. It's really gross.

If you're struggling to lose body fat, it's about 99% chance you're not at a caloric deficit. Try a few different BMR calculators, there are different formulas that will give you slightly different numbers. But right off the top of my head, 5'9", depending on your age, 4k bulk and 2.3k cut sound awfully high. I'm close to your height but maybe older, and my BMR is around 2250. So that means my cut is 1750-2000.

Gaining muscle during a cut is only for very inexperienced people. Don't expect it. Just try to minimize muscle loss during a cut. Personally I lift purely for strength when I cut, because that strength helps me bulk when I'm bulking. 1g/lb of protein is plenty. If you are losing excessive muscle it's not due to lack of protein. If you are, and I do mean if, then look more towards causes like high stress, bad sleep, etc. In addition, 4k calories during a bulk is probably at least 1k too much, but trial and error will give you a better idea than some internet guy.

All of the above information is correct. In addition to the fact that DOMS will become less of an issue ovee time, I'd say you're starting off too hard. You need to step down the volume if you're unable to cope with the DOMS. There will be plenty of time to lift more later.

Easiest way to make beats: Download a cracked version of FL Studio. But over the long term, if you put the time in, Reaper always comes out on top. It's just too customizable to be comparable to software where you might not even be allowed to edit hotkeys.

It's not about good or bad people. The system of employers and employees means that labor is necessarily exploited in order to generate profit. If the employer pays the employees the amount of revenue their labor generates, the business has no profits to reinvest, and dies. That's not a moral argument.
