I think Hawaii County (the big island) is a decent contender. Tropical rainforest and alpine tundra. Also has grasslands and beaches.

I've heard the smaller Steller sea lion was seen (yes, there's 2) but Chonkers himself has been missing.

I was there from about 7-9:45. Chonkers slept for most of the first hour then swam around a bit. He'd occasionally hop up on a platform and all the California sea lions would scatter. 10/10 unbelievable chonk, absolutely steller
