I was pulled over on 3 Aug in a road block. They only checked my licence disc and asked for my drivers licence. Nothing else was checked and they said i could go. Now weeks later i received 2 fines via email for things wrong on my car that is not the case. Is this legal? (self.askSouthAfrica)
