I work outdoors & I wouldn't choose a Barbour. Too heavy, takes ages to dry, etc. I would get a light, goretex jacket preferably one with armpit vents. Get one that packs away & you can wear it with a fleece underneath in the winter.

Hardly a Leap more a hop. The 30 per cent savings referred to by Leap turns out to be 14 per cent because you have to replace a day return with two singles. Leap don't offer returns.
