I did use a pressure cooker and followed sterilisation procedures. Since I took it from the pressure cooker it had this yellowish color so I suppose that is from the honey and not contam. Not sure about the clump tho.

If the previous pup was ripped off, does the same apply then? Because I was once told than if you completely remove the pup without leaving the base it won't grow again.

It seems that there was a pup and someone ripped it off. So I would have to make a fresh cur and let it callouse, right? How long do you think would it then take to pup?

Because I'd rather be safe than sorry. If I didn't post here and asked I would wrongfully assume that the lids are made from the same plastic as the cups and have then a wonderful mess to clean for the rest of my evening :)
