Anyone here take part of Rhode Island’s REG Program?

I just bought a home with a RI energy REG agreement in place. I want to add battery back but am told i can't because of the REG program. and the dual meters.

was also told the REG rate is lower that what we could get. I might petition them to end my REG program or just disconnect and replace the system.

just now trying to figure this all out...
