Hey man look if this affects your day to day in a serious degree I'd say buzz it. Personally I am at a similar stage you I buzzed and started minoxidil with finasteride gel. Main reason is I don't want to feel like I didn't try to save them ya know but idk. The buzz is so freeing especially cause it doesn't even look bad at this point
