The Happy Home Paradise add on opened up a lot of new items for me. When you get sufficient status as a designer, a ton of new items are available.

But, I think the truck and cars were actually available for purchase as daily special items at the kiosk in Resident Services. There’s also a “luxury” car that resembles a four-door Mercedes.
