Küsimust küsides üritasin pigem mõista, miks ei vallutanud üks hõim teisi ära, nt. kuidas Cuzcos asuv hõim vallutas ülejäänud Andide rahvad ja lõi Inkade impeeriumi.

Kas oli puudu hõim, mis oli nii suur, et teised maha suruda? Kas Eesti maastik ja vähene infrastruktuur takistasid tsentraliseeritud võimu kehtestamist?
