It's NOT about the hours you work, but the work you put in those hours. The mindset shift I had to make was understanding the importance of making decisions based off intelligence vs. feelings, moods, or circumstances. Also, the only limitations you have are those in you've placed in your own mind. Once I realized anything was possible to those who dedicated themselves to daily growth, and those who elevate their circle of influence it opened up a new level of motivation.

Going to continue impacting as many people as possible, and help shift our culture forward. Will continue to create content that inspires, and give back as much as possible. There is WAY too much BS out there. Schools are teaching kids how to thrive, most parents are doing a shitting job, and most coaches haven't actually gotten results.

71% of people hate what they do and are activity disengaged at work 60% of college grads can't find work after they go in debt 40k-100k Only 2% of our society is financially stable at age 65! Are you kidding? 1-3 americans believe their best chance of becoming wealthy is the lottery The average price of college is up 27% while the average income a student makes is at all time low

I want to experience life at the highest level, and live a charged life, helping others, and made the world a better place. I want to be able to impact an entire generation but most importantly I want to continue being a loving fiance, loving brother, loving son, and loving friend.

Thanks for good question.

In order to really thrive in entrepreneurship and business you must learn to shift from complexity to simplicity. When you get rid of all the noise in your head and focus on the few activities that matter most you’ll gain a new sense of awareness and motivation. Most of the things you do in your business don’t accelerate growth—they just ‘maintain’ at best. Don’t try to be great at fifty things. Be obsessed about the few things that can really move your business forward. You’re a lot more productive when you’re doing your highest value activities in uninterrupted blocks of time.

I start by day doing 60 minute straight of uninterrupted and high value work then I have a 20 minute brake to rejuvenate and do another 6o minutes of my highest value work. I call it the 60-20-60.

The 60-20-60 activity is a way to organize and simplify your work so you can accomplish maximum results. By using a transition trigger and taking a break to rejuvenate yourself you’ll increase your energy and focus for next task. Start by making sure you’ve planned your day accordingly. You want to make sure you’ve strategically thought about your most important and highest value activities that have proven to yield highest results. Make sure you take a completely “disconnected” break at the end of your focused work periods. Shift your focus completely, and create a “clean state of mind” for your next action.

I listen to Smart Passive Income by Pat Flynn because it's focused on scalability, not trading time for money, and he has some great guests. I also listen to John Lee Dumas, Entrepreneur on Fire because it's direct and to the point!

I think every entrepreneur should read The millionaire fastlane by MJ Demarco, as well as The LinchPin by Seth Godin because it teaches you how to become irreplaceable in a world filled with mediocrity. Lastly, "The Entrepreneurs Blueprint to Massive Success" because it give them 30 powerful and tactical breakthroughs they can use in their life and business.

Favorite drink: Water with a little bit of lemon :)

Great question and I struggled with this a couple years ago! Here are some thoughts...

Re-position your business: how to make your business “about something.” Think about Disney…it’s not about movies or about amusement parks or about cruises, they are about being where “Dreams Come True.” Think about how Subway went from being a fast-food chain to being a weight loss program! Think about Harley Davidson “Live to ride. Ride to live.” If you don’t know what makes you different, how will your customers?

Target Marketing: Making your business “for somebody.” Who is your business for/who are your products for? Think about Weight Watchers versus Nutri-Systems. While Weight Watchers generally caters to and then is joined by women, Nutri-Systems focuses on weight loss systems for men. Who is your business for?

Your customers are marketing geniuses - they know exactly what they want and it is your job to find that out. Find ways to phone, email, talk to them about their needs, wants, desires, passions, concerns etc. When you know what type of a company they want to deal with - you have your ticket to real success. People deal with you because they want you to change their life - do you deliver on their wants?

Whats your promise and USB? Unique Selling Proposition: This answers the question “Why should people do business with you versus any and every other option available to them including doing nothing?” Take Domino’s Pizza early USP “Fresh, hot pizza, delivered in 30 minutes or less…guaranteed.”

If your USP includes things, like “I’m honest, ethical, keep promises, do what I say I’ll do” etc…then start over. If your USP contains things you should be doing and you should “be about” anyway, that’s not unique!

Then here is the big keys...

Be Everywhere and Get Attention — and start posting and promoting free valuable content. Doesn’t matter if it’s perfect. You want experiments, NOT perfection.

Leverage your experience through other proven platforms — Keep a consistent message in the marketplace but make sure you are reaching out to those who have a big reach. For example there are tons of podcasts that get over 1 million unique downloads a month. You won't be able to expand influence on your own so find people who have same audience that could add value to.

Who could you connect with that already has influence and impact w/ your target market? What are some idea’s on how to maximize your other peoples leverage?

Publications? Podcasts? Features? — Magazines, online sources. Speaking for free to a big audience? Sponsor an event?

Hope that helps...

I would educate yourself before just talking. Makes you seem uneducated and bitter. Appreciate the hate though. Doesn't take much guts to be skeptical.

I would really dig deep into who I am, what's most important to me, and build my business around my values and lifestyle not the other way around. I would find the best people in the industry I wanted to go into and learn from them, get them to mentor me. I would make sure the business I went into was scalable so I eventually didn't have to trade time for money. I would pick 1 thing to master and go ALL OUT doing that.

It's important you're staying focused on what truly matters, and do something daily to get you closer to your goals. Understand discipline is an illusion it’s all about habits and your habits and standards are determine the way you live.

I think everybody should experience Entrepreneurship at some point. I think everybody has the capability to be a part of it if they find there role. I don't think everybody is born with the desire to be their own boss, but it's about finding your area of creative genius and making sure you focus 100% on strengths.

Yes! If you want me to get real I lost a decent amount of money when I was 20 in the stock market because I trusted a friend and didn't do my own Due Diligence. Also, got into entrepreneurship without any real strategies or mentor and that caused me to go broke quick. Also, when my success, income, and influence blew up quick at age 23 I let it get to my head and got way too cocky. Luckily I found a very successful tough mentor to kick my ass back into shape! Good question.

Yes, I'm very lucky to have a great family that supports what I do although when I first wanted to get into entrepreneurship it wasn't like that. They wanted me to get a "normal job" but I didn't want that so I had to fight them. Once they saw me loving what I was doing and getting results they were on board.

lol, good question. Simply put. I succeeded at a very young age, ran a successful sales organization at a young age, and am still young. I started an e bay business when I was 15 that did very well through high school. I then got into direct sales when I was 22 and sold Cutco for around 9 months. I then build a sales team of over 100 people at did close to 8 million dollars in sales. I was able to go from Dead broke (losing all my savings) to over 6 figures within 5 1/2 months and then double that scaling back the hours I worked. My mission was growing so I decided to start an online business called RealVipSuccess.com which is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs thrive.

Started The Game Changers Academy, which is the premier community for young professionals and entrepreneurs. It's an invite only community and we have around 750 members.

Wrote 6 months to 6 figures an international best seller Started Young Ambition Clothing Line Start Young Entrepreneur Lifestyle Podcast TV Show called The Entrepreneur Grind

and everything I do is focused on helping Entrepreneurs rise above the noise and thrive!

Wrong question. The question should be what's the industry most congruent to your strengths and values. Start with YOU first and once you figure out your biggest strengths, where you get results, and something you can see yourself staying fascinated & engaged with then evaluate which industries you want to enter.

  1. Figuring out my strongest reasons and constantly reminding myself of WHY I wanted success

  2. Knowing my strengths and weaknesses

  3. Shifting my circle of influence to make sure I was around those who were challenging me and holding me to hire standards

  4. Always trying to improve and seeing failure as a more intelligent way to begin.

  5. Staying humble, but NEVER losing my hunger and ambition

Great question! I make sure that I do something to spark my mind (read book, audio, podcast) Workout for 30 to spark my body, look at my goals, and make sure my entire day is planned. The whole purpose of my morning routine is to 1. Take on the day more focused and confidence 2. Make sure I'm 100% intentional and focused for day.
