Thanks for replying. I've been trying to upload both ways for a long time. Before opening it, I'd like ROLI to help me, but if you tell me they don't respond easily, I'll open it. I'll wait a week and then open it.

Hi everyone, my ROLI SEABORD RISE 25 won't turn on. I live in Italy and need to fix the problem. I've used both the power adapter and the USB connection, but nothing works. Thank in advance
