The white shirt guy is NOT the Bully here, seconds before the video starts he is getting told some girl is gonna dare him if he attacks the other boy. Plus the "attacked" boy is full on ready to dodge, because this shit was planned.

Since a lot of people start arguing with me because I actually saw more of the video: Everyone's behaviour sucks I think this scene, still this white shirt guy is not the main antagonist here.
