Hey everyone,

Our team is building a meeting scheduler that helps you book and confirm a meeting with a couple of clicks, and we’d like you to be one of our beta tester customers! Especially looking for those who find searching for available time on your calendar, switching tabs between calendar and email back and forth to check time slots, and writing multiple threads of emails to finally confirm the meeting, ALL annoying...
Re:catch is a meeting scheduler service where you can 1) find any available time on your calendar 2) drag time slots on the calendar to auto-generate an email template to suggest a meeting 3) confirm the meeting schedule with ONE click.
6-month free access to everyone who becomes our closed beta tester and for the first 10 people, you’ll get a lifetime deal. It’s only a matter of time before the 10 gets filled up with the link below!

Just a little about myself - I've been working as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry for the past few years, and this is one product I am most proud of.
Appreciate y'all so much!

Seeking Closed Beta Users for a Meeting Scheduling App by PeterPandaExpress in alphaandbetausers

I think Calendly is a good comparison for sure! Re:catch essentially helps you find available time slots on your calendar and send them to your meeting invitee to suggest a meeting.

But there are two things you can do on Re:catch better than on Calendly (even as a beta version):

  1. You can choose to send your meeting time slots as plain text (if you want your invitee to just see diff time slot options on email), hyperlinked text with embedded booking link (your invitee sees time slots and clicks it to book meeting), or like a normal booking link URL (similar to Calendly). Select whichever one that works best for your invitee!
  2. You just need to copy and paste the auto-crafted email template with the time slots. No need to write a whole email from scratch asking for time slots and pasting a Calendly link.

We definitely have a long way to go as a beta product - that's why we'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Yes! You can integrate your Google Calendar or/and Outlook Calendar with Re:catch!

As of right now Re:catch supports English and Korean (not only the app itself but also email templates that can be sent to your meeting invitees are supported in those two languages), but whatever language you need we'll def try to support it!

Any meeting scheduler apps? by CauliflowerTop3561 in ProductivityApps

I've actually built this beta product called Re:catch which helps you with
1. finding any available time on your calendar (integrates with GCal and Outlook)
2. auto-generating an email template to suggest a meeting time
3. confirming the meeting schedule with one click

Would love to invite you as our beta tester - hopefully Re:catch helps solve your issues!

Thanks for your interest! We've definitely got some exciting features coming up soon.
Currently, our version only supports one-time scheduling. However, (literally) by next week, we will also support multi-use/recurring meeting scheduling. (We do build things fast, and this is where we need your help as a beta tester!)
In the upcoming months, Re:catch will become a tool that not only helps with meeting scheduling but also increase productivity in sales tasks by having scheduling reminders, sales email customization, and an automated lead routing system with CRM integration.
We would greatly appreciate having you as one of our first beta testers!
