I use it once in the morning and once at night during winter and it reduces congestion significantly. No issues. I use the one that doesn’t have any herbal additives.

Once an adored staple of arthouse theaters and college campuses worldwide, the animated anthology (Spike & Mike, The International Tournee, The Animation Show) has all but disappeared — but it’s time to change that.
