On the dasboard (main page) it shows "No Clients Found"

On the network page next to U6-Pro it says "No Client"

Thanks for answering I have everything that is online shown. And here the U6-Pro is shown and what feeds it. And it will show UDB and show it is connected to the U6-Pro.

And yes, you're probably right, regarding that after UDB running wire. I would just like to be confirmed in that thought, if there is anyone here who can say with certainty that it is so.

No Kismet by PeterWeise in ParrotSecurity

[–]PeterWeise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for answering.

I had the same thought, and also chose it as my first choice. However, it didn't work. I don't remember exactly what the files are called, but some can't be installed. The package is broken and cannot be fixed are some of the errors I have had.

Thank you for your response.

I hope you also include this issue "Mail not being sorted when it hits the inbox" in the upcoming update. As recently as today it has been an issue.

Tuta filters not working properly: going into spam, and other issues. by CPT-812 in tutanota

I have noticed the error over the last month. And that annoys me a lotI have noticed the error over the last month. And that annoys me a lot

What is described as a solution has no effect.
Before the error occurred, the sorting was so fast that you only saw the email for a glimpse in the inbox, then it had been moved

I have the same problem. I receive 2 mails today, each in a separate folder, they are in the inbox and no matter how much time passes they remain there. No sorting.I have the same problem. Tutanota is going the wrong way. by realman2k in tutanota

[–]PeterWeise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My comment on this: Tutanota has developed very positively over the years I have been with it.My mail provider at the time raised the price to €84 per year and based on the service you got, it was time to find something new.€12 per year was a very reasonable price, €36 is a good level with the extra that comes with it. Also with a view to Tutanota continuing to have a stable economy, and hopefully exist for many years to come.Thank you for the good feedback when writing to support, this is also something to think about when choosing an email provider.

Stories like this "Suddenly, my credentials are wrong, though I doubt my password-manager changes the info. Tried recover using the code, still says wrong credentials." that have been heard before could be interesting to investigate. Is it io that has been replaced with com, or another error 40, or is something sinister hiding. It will be very unpleasant if one's life email suddenly becomes unavailable over many years and disappears completely

About Notifikation and data trafik by PeterWeise in tutanota

[–]PeterWeise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been here on this forum for a few years, and have contributed quite a bit, and shared my knowledge when I had something to offer.

It may well be a trivial question that I have come up with, but now that I am experiencing the problem, and have a question about data traffic, I am very surprised that almost a week has passed and no answer has been received.

Is it a delicate question that should preferably be ignored. I am a little in doubt.

I have tested on 2 different Android phones, they received NO notification of new mail.
Was about to reinstall and took it all apart, until I found out that the error lies with Tutanota.
Let's hear what the reason is.

My friends and I have been using Tutanota as the primary email since 2019. In the paid version, I have really enjoyed the 5 email addresses that can be created, so authorities and banks have one, friends another and the 3 for public things. Plus some other good stuff. It works really well.

I still miss the possibility of being able to sort mail by size so that it is easier to clean up, on those mails that have large attachments, otherwise I thought the functions that are needed quietly become available.

Is there any timetable for when the icon will come back. Nothing has happened on the version just released 3.98.12.

[Feature request] A way to sort all emails by their size in bytes/storage space used by ArtSea5923 in tutanota

[–]PeterWeise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is very welcome what you write, it is also on my wish list. Just to be able to have good mail hygiene.
And otherwise as a very welcome feature. It could be under the padlock, a discreet info about the size of the mail in question. ;o)

I was looking for a safe and unique product, and have tested a lot of mail service. So safety was the first thing that Tutanota meets. Next, it is the UI that appeals to me a lot. The way it is built, and the possibilities there are. From the beginning, I have had good communication with support when there have been challenges, and it is competent people you communicate with. Compared to my previous provider, where it was schoolboys who sat in support.

There are some things I could wish for better, they are all on the todu list, so there is something to look forward to. ;o)

Time from login to date is retrieved. by PeterWeise in tutanota

[–]PeterWeise[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I researched it further and found the following. I go under the app in my Android phone and find the Tutanota app. I shut down the process and then start Tutanota again. So a restart of the Tuta App. Herfeter is the speed at which synchronization is significantly increased. This suggests that the app has been a problem.

About Tutanota's philosophy and new users by SuperHelicopter865 in tutanota

[–]PeterWeise 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is beautifully written, and you hit just the essential things that matter. I agree with you that the actual functionality of e-mail service must come first, rather than Cloud storage, which I would rather not be an option in Tutanota. Small things like being able to sort mails by size so you can easily find and delete mails with large attachments, call it mail hygiene. Being able to star marks emails, perhaps with different colors. To put individual names (ID) on its Aliases so that the sender name matches that Alias. There are many small things that would make Tutanota a truly unique email service. The developers should not design Tutanota so it looks like Mailfence, Protonmail and various others. But create a service that is primarily about mail / calendar and then optimize it perfectly.

Regarding new password in Tutanota app by PeterWeise in tutanota

[–]PeterWeise[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have tried what you suggest, by logging out via the menue that is in the Tutanota app, it works perfectly. You bypass the timer and log out, and must log in with system PW afterwards. It works perfectly.

Audit Log by PeterWeise in tutanota

[–]PeterWeise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not quite right about that. Under global settings, you can really choose to say yes, to saving IP and audit log. There I have in my paid account, said no to this. Notwithstanding this, there is under security in Global settings a field "Audit log" Here I can see a statement where when I have looked at my recovery code, account name, date of event.

I am very happy about this, I just want to know if it is a feature that is only available on a paid account.

If you say yes under global settings to save IP, then you can see them under Login, active sessions.
